Vintage Vampire Doll Ootd ٩(͡๏̯͡๏)۶

Words of love
It's no secret that I like to dress like a doll because of how often I'm told I look like one, so I decided to put a twist to my usual doll look by coming up with this vampire doll look. Every time I wear this dress I either get told I look like a Christmas doll or a vampire and since I don't like Christmas, I chose to go for the vampire look. I've always had a fascination with vampires, looking like a doll, and vintage dresses and this post is a combination of all three! I have the most lovely collection of vintage dresses that I will eventually post about but for now lets talk about this beautiful dress.
I was browsing Etsy one day for vintage dresses and came across this beauty that was my size and the perfect price. I knew I had to have it so I ordered it right away. As soon as I got it, I just had to wear it out and about. It's a beautiful burgundy velvet with white lace. With vintage dresses, I try not to wear them too often because washing them always gives a chance of them getting ruined. Actually, the other day I wore my prize vintage dress from the 1800's and ripped it. I cried like a baby. Luckily, this dress is not as old or fragile and can be worn more often than the others. This dress is a vintage dream come true. It fits perfectly and is in the most amazing condition. I just wish it wasn't as thick and heavy as it is so I could wear it more often. I'm head over heels in love with this dress and I'm happy I got my hands on it before someone else did.

I chose to pair this dress with my red lenses from Uniqso, which I previously reviewed in an older post. Uniqso has a wide variety of colors, styles, and sizes of lenses. They even sell wigs and makeup items as well. Use code 'bubblegum' for 10% off your purchase. I have so many pairs of lenses from them that I still need to review. I'll try to have them posted very soon. I'm currently waiting on a new pair of gray lenses I ordered from their site for 50% off.
The wig I used for this look was one I had gotten off eBay for about $10. I don't have this wig anymore, unfortunately, but it was cute while it lasted and really pulled this look together.
