Two Refreshing Fruit Infused Water Recipes That Are Good For Your Skin

I've recently had a run in with dehydration and hospitalization during the flu that made me realize I do not drink enough water. I hate it because I think it's just so boring and I'd rather drink fun flavored things or soda. So I decided enough of the unhealthy drinks, its time to drink more water and what better way than to infuse it with fruit. Not only is this water refreshing on a hot day, it is also good for your skin. I'm trying out different recipes so I will have a whole series of posts about fruit water. I've actually become quite addicted to it, plus its super cute to look at. While it is delicious and good for your skin, there aren't really any other benefits other than hydration. But that's still a great reason to drink it. I've found myself drinking more water since I started adding fruit to it. I will be making a separate post that goes into detail about the benefits each fruit has for your skin, as well as a frequently asked questions post so if you have any questions leave them below.
Raspberry, Pineapple, and Orange Water:
-1 orange slice, cut into 4 smaller pieces
-3 chunks of pineapple, quartered
-handful of raspberries, sliced and slightly muddled
Let the fruit sit in the water for 1-2 hours you leave it at room temperature, 3-4 hours refrigerated, or up to 12 hours for a really intense fruity and tangy flavor. If you choose to let the fruit infuse for over 4 hours, be sure to cut the rind of the orange or your drink will be bitter. Also if you info for more than 4 hours, remove the fruit and leave the water in the fridge.

 Strawberry, Watermelon, and Blueberry Water:
-2 chunks of watermelon, quartered
-4 strawberries, quartered
-handful of blueberries sliced and slightly muddled
Instructions are the same as the other water. Remember you can add more or less fruit than what I have posted. Each recipe can be adjusted to suit the flavors you enjoy better. In my case, I like strawberry better than watermelon but you can always add more watermelon or strawberries if you'd like.
